• Performing thorough patient evaluations, arranging diagnostic procedures, and developing customized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions independently or in collaboration with physicians
• Empowering patients and families with knowledge on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies as per your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care efficiently
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide cohesive, comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a recognized specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
