Overview

Up Script Health  is the leading provider of telehealth services, offering treatment options direct-to-consumer leading to better access and lower cost. Providers in our network diagnose, treat, and prescribe for dozens of conditions. We follow state and federal standard of care requirements.

Not accepting applications for PAs or NPs at this time for this position.

• Set and manage your own schedule (minimum of 15-20 hours/week with the option to increase to full time).
• Patients will schedule visits based on your availability.
• During visits, review patient charts, determine which treatment is appropriate (if any) through audio/video calls, as well as written communications.
• Be a collaborating physician to Nurse Practitioners in certain states (OK, PA, MO, TN, etc.).
• Discuss and review patient's medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Review patients' progress on follow-up visits, and determine changes in treatments, and/or titration as needed.
• Comply with ethical, legal & professional guidelines.

• Active DEA Certification
• Active Medical License in the following states: AL, AR, CT, GA, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, LA, MO, SC, TX, TN, NJ, PA, etc.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Ability to provide 15-20 hours per week with potential for full-time work
• Kind and empathetic personality, providing an exceptional patient experience on each visit
• Reliable and punctual for every visit
• Good telephone manners and etiquette
• Tech savvy, fast learner — able to start training immediately
• Thorough charting into patient records after every interaction and visit
• Have access to a secure environment to work from

$20-$30 per completed audio/video visit; $10 per completed asynchronous visit.
Salary options also available depending on number of licenses and hours available per week.
There is no incentive to prescribe.

Within 2 weeks of training. Start immediately.
