Vice President of Marketing

We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Marketing to drive the global brand strategy, execution, and performance outcomes. Global Brand Strategy Execution

Strategic Alignment with CMO
  • Collaborate and align with the Chief Marketing Officer on the overarching strategic vision, translating it into a clearly defined, measurable marketing roadmap.

  • Establish regular checkpoints with the CMO to assess progress, measure outcomes against KPIs, and refine strategy as needed.
  • Demonstrate marketing excellence through defined metrics such as campaign ROI, brand engagement lift, channel performance, and speed‑to‑market benchmarks.
  • Lead implementation with clear OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across marketing functions to ensure strategic focus and executional alignment.
Marketing Operations and Team Performance
  • Manage and evolve the existing marketing calendar, and build it out for the future.
  • Achieve a lift in team productivity through structured project management and accountability.
  • Build and lead a high‑performing team with measurable KPIs (e.g., project delivery SLAs, campaign execution quality scores).
