About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of day-to-day marketing operations while owning all onboarding-related responsibilities as they pertain to marketing. This role also plays an active part in video production, content editing, and social media management, helping bring the brand to life across digital channels.
This is a high-growth role ideal for someone organized, creative, and excited to gain hands-on experience across marketing operations, video, and social media within a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Purpose of the PositionSupport marketing operations by managing marketing onboarding for new hires, producing and distributing content, and helping ensure marketing workflows run smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Own all marketing-related onboarding tasks for new hires, including:
- Internal communication templates
- Branding and compliance documents
- Collection and organization of headshots and professional bios
- Coordinate with internal teams to build and publish employee website bios
- Maintain and manage a marketing onboarding checklist to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for new hires during their first week
- Assist with video production, including filming support, basic editing, and content organization
- Edit short-form video content for social media and internal use
- Manage and schedule social media content across approved platforms
- Support daily marketing processes, administrative tasks, and document organization
- Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and compliance across all marketing materials
- Delivers a consistent, professional marketing presence for every new hire
- Improves speed and accuracy of marketing onboarding
- Expands the volume and consistency of video and social content
- Strengthens collaboration across Marketing, HR, and Recruiting
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, or coordination roles (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who works well with minimal oversight
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, and Recruiting
- Experience editing video content and supporting video production
- Experience managing or scheduling social media content
- Excited to grow into expanded marketing responsibilities over time
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SharePoint, One Drive, and Microsoft Teams
- Video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar)
- Social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic design tools (Canva or similar)
- Website CMS experience (Word Press or similar) - nice to have
- Strong comfort working with checklists, workflows, and documented processes
