Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator Scottsdale, AZ

Overview

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our Aviation group at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

• Coordinating the proposal process including curating internal content, editing, layout.
• Preparing statements of qualification and interviews for competitive project pursuits
• Attending proposal kickoff meetings
• Assisting with advertisements, public relations, photography, database management, and administrative tasks, as needed.
• Performing quality control reviews
• Archiving proposal content and other marketing materials
• Other tasks as assigned

Occasional travel may be required.

The successful candidate must have at least one of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

OR

• Associate’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, communication arts, public relations, English, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of relevant experience.

OR

• If no degree, must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, business administration, journalism, advertising, or public relations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:

• Working in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment with constant deadlines
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Database experience
• Proofing/editing long documents
• Familiarity with architectural or engineering consulting firm
