Caliber is looking for an experienced
Marketing & Communications Manager
to join our team locally in
Scottsdale, AZ.

You will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Your work enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and generates leads that contribute directly to revenue growth across all selling channels.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and event channels while collaborating closely with sales, product, digital marketing agencies, and investor relations teams. You will enable our corporate voice on digital platforms partnering with our PR/IR lead to hunt opportunities to put Caliber at the center of the conversation. You will also oversee the planning and execution of key industry events, conferences, and sponsor ships.

Your ability to analyze performance data, refine messaging, and optimize campaigns empowers Caliber to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to provide sales enablement that aligns marketing strategy with fundraising priorities.
  • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and existing investor engagement at various stages of an investment product lifecycle.
  • Partner with the digital marketing agency to develop, monitor, and refine paid media and digital advertising strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, working closely with digital marketing agency to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Manage agency relationships and vendor partnerships ensuring deliverables meet expectations
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies across Linked In, X (Twitter), You Tube, and other key social platforms, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and brand tone.
  • Manage Caliber’s corporate social media presence, including posting and audience engagement.
  • Create and curate thought leadership content for the CEO and Executive Team—including insights, drafts, and commentary on market trends.
  • Identify and pursue media opportunities that expand Caliber’s visibility.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral and sales materials, including maintaining an approved sales collateral library.
  • Coordinate and promote event participation for executive speaking engagements and media opportunities that align with brand strategy.
  • Manage deliverables for event collateral, promotional materials, and logistics.
  • Drive event visibility through digital channels.
  • Attend and support conferences, events, and sponsor ships as needed.
What You’ll Bring :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience owning end-to-end marketing initiatives, including strategy development, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience marketing within B2B, financial services, real estate, investment management, or similarly regulated and complex industries preferred.
  • Strong storytelling and content strategy skills with ability to translate complex financial, real estate, or blockchain topics into engaging narratives.
  • Experience writing and/or editing executive-level communications, thought leadership, or externally facing content with high visibility.
  • Proficiency with CRM, CMS, and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Word Press, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager), with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Investment Product, and Investor Relations teams.
  • Comfortable serving as the primary point of contact for external marketing partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and a professional demeanor
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have a high level of flexibility, agility, and an excellent attitude towards continuously evolving processes.
