• Segmentation and Personalization:
  Develop targeted email campaigns based on member preferences, demographics, and behavior to deliver personalized experiences.
• Marketo Expertise:
  Demonstrate proficiency in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify areas for improvement in existing marketing campaigns and develop innovative solutions to drive results.

  3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends.
• Automation Knowledge: 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation software is a significant advantage.
