Job Title:
Deburring Technician
The Deburring Technician is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined components to ensure parts meet precise quality and safety standards. This role involves using hand tools, power tools, rotary tools, and automated deburring equipment to perform tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined components using appropriate tools.
- Examine machined components for defects, burrs, or irregularities before and after the deburring process.
- Assist in the production assembly of machined components.
- Operate secondary equipment such as saws, tumblers, and ultrasonic cleaners.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in deburring, machining, or metal finishing.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
- Ability to lift and maneuver parts up to 50+ pounds.
- High school diploma or GED.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with grinding and metal finishing.
- Familiarity with using a grinder.

Work EnvironmentThis position operates Monday to Friday, with rare overtime when necessary. The work environment is team-oriented, with a focus on family values and employee satisfaction.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
