Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities- In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of a basic nature, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Essentially, you'll follow methods, techniques, and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble, process, or package products to meet quality and production targets.
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance, and report mechanical issues.
- Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Record production data, including output, downtime, and defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S/lean practices).
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff.
- Meet productivity goals while minimizing waste and rework.

- Hours:
9x80 schedule, M-F - Both 1st and 2nd shift roles are available
- Length:
Short-term, 3-month contract - Pay: $/hour depending on experience

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing or production assembly.
- Ability to use hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial tools.
- Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware compliantly to specifications.
- General knowledge of measuring equipment and math, and sound communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to multitask.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
