Position: Manufacturing/Production Operator - 2nd Shift with Security Clearance
Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Manufacturing/Production Operator - 2nd Shift position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will be performing assembly operations using established methods, techniques, and sequences. To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma, and an ability to use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and related light industrial equipment.

Contract:

24 months or longer Pay: $18.91/hour Responsibilities As a Manufacturing / Production Operator, you will perform a range of project and production tasks-from repetitive assembly functions to more complex build activities-on electronic and mechanical assemblies including modules, frames, cables, boards, subassemblies, and panels.

Key responsibilities include:

* Performing assembly operations using established methods, techniques, and sequences
* Conducting wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
* Executing both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks
* Ensuring compliance with specifications and hardware processing requirements
* Operating hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial equipment
* Setting up basic equipment and performing measurements using standard tools
* Following detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency Qualifications Basic Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Ability to use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and related light industrial equipment
* Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware according to specifications
* General knowledge of measuring equipment and basic math
* Strong communication skills Clearance Requirements

* Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
