• Own full community operations with a brand known for luxury and care.

• Oversee daily operations, department leaders, staffing, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive occupancy through smart sales strategies, outreach, and market insights.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and key reporting.
• Champion resident experience, safety, compliance, and brand standards; serve as MOD as needed.

• 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
• Financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred;
  Yardi/Cubigo a plus.
