Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and administrative workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Manage and hold accountable onboarding and admin staff to deadlines, quality standards, and company policies
  • Address and correct unproductive behaviors, including excessive chit-chat or distractions
  • Provide hands-on support to resolve operational issues and streamline processes
  • Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and performance tracking for the team
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational challenges and facilitate timely resolution
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance individual and group performance
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align operations with organizational priorities
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • The candidate in this role will need to be able to work in-person at our Scottsdale office, Monday to Friday, starting in the morning to around 7pm daily.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience supervising or managing teams with operational responsibilities, preferably in HR, onboarding, or administrative functions
  • Strong ability to enforce accountability and manage employee behavior firmly and fairly
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on, proactive leadership style
  • Comfortable using HRIS, onboarding software, and operational productivity tools
  • Mature, professional demeanor with the ability to lead by example
