Responsibilities- Own it. Lead daily strategy, ensuring every team member drives the vision and values of the company forward.
- Preside. Oversee the community sales process, including staffing, office design, and model home presentation. Manage timing, pricing, and workflow to achieve peak community sales and profitability.
- Prepare. Interview, hire, and retain an exceptional team. Set goals, coach Sales Managers, and build a pipeline of future sales talent. Onboard new staff through the branded program.
- Partner. Collaborate with division heads, marketing, and training to align strategic direction and elevate brand awareness.
- Position. Use feedback and analysis to tweak programs, enhance results, and maximize profitability.
- Perform. Monitor sales activity, audit CRM reports, and develop incentive programs. Ensure adherence to policies and regulations while modelling the corporate culture.
The VP Sales position demands impeccable credentials in new home sales, team building, and management. A university BA or BS is preferred. Candidates should bring at least 3 years of homebuilding sales and marketing experience and 5+ years with a successful sales leadership track record.
