Senior Manager, Forecasting Analytics – Personal Investor

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead Forecasting Analytics for the Personal Investor business. This leader will build and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering accurate, actionable forecasts that inform business planning and decision-making across the PI organization.

• Hire, evaluate, and supervise a crew; provide guidance and training to develop team competence.
• Oversee a team of advanced data analysts who work with key stakeholders to understand business strategy and deliver analytics solutions.
• Lead analysts in developing and presenting insights that translate into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate statistics related to daily operations to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain cross‑departmental relationships to manage data projects and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in developing short‑ and long‑term initiatives aligned with business strategy; participate in business planning and budgeting.
• Support team development and stay abreast of industry innovations in analytics and tools.
• Define and deliver analytical products that meet stakeholder needs, applying industry best practices.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of eight years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
