As Chief of Staff, you’ll have a direct impact by moving key strategic initiatives forward and ensuring clear communication across teams. You’ll support the CEO in executing high-priority projects, manage daily operations, and provide insight and recommendations to keep the business aligned and progressing.

• Serve as a connection between executives, senior leaders, and the CEO regarding project updates and strategic planning
• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to support decision‑making and strategy formulation
• Provide support in preparing for client meetings, including agenda setting, note‑taking, and follow‑up on action items
• Audit weekly reports from the CEO’s direct reports for trends, accuracy, and outstanding issues

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing data‑driven solutions to business challenges
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including confidence to represent the CEO in meetings
• Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Analytical mindset with a track record of quickly aggregating and interpreting business data
• 8–10 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role
• MBA preferred, but not required
