Job Summary
As a Senior Construction Claims Manager
, you will facilitate effective change management within construction projects. This role supports project teams by producing detailed analyses and substantiations for change orders, managing claims, and collaborating closely with third‑party consultants to drive timely resolution of issues.
This position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and requires up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities- Assist in compiling and validating change orders and claims.
- Collaborate with project teams to assess the validity and impact of change requests.
- Lead and support the change management process for construction projects, ensuring all change orders are accurately documented, analyzed, and tracked.
- Research contract terms and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Track and report on active disputes and subcontractor change orders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with and manage 3rd party consultants on construction claims.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in construction management, contracts, claims, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze complex data.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication with external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in change order management, claims management, or contract administration within construction projects.
- Experience working with EPC or large infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience on utility‑scale renewable energy projects.
- Scheduling experience and ability to perform Critical Path analysis.
For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $140,000 per year
. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
