Regional Lead

The Regional Lead is a senior, field-based leadership role responsible for driving membership growth, operational excellence, and people development across multiple studio locations. This role partners closely with Studio Leads to execute sales strategies, hit KPI targets, and deliver an exceptional client experience—while ensuring consistent brand standards and readiness for growth.

You will own regional performance outcomes, lead through influence and accountability, and play a critical role in talent development, new studio launches, and revenue optimization.

What You’ll Do Regional Leadership & Performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop Studio team members across 5-6 studios, providing weekly check‑ins and structured monthly impact meetings.
  • Own regional KPIs including membership sales, retention, conversion, revenue per member, class utilization, and labor efficiency.
  • Analyze sales trackers and dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure completion and follow‑up of studio audits, operational checklists, and brand standards.
Sales & Membership Growth
  • Drive regional membership acquisition and retention strategies in partnership with Studio Leads.
  • Coach Studio Leads on sales conversations, goal‑setting, pipeline management, and performance improvement.
  • Support pre‑sale initiatives and ensure strong openings for new studios with a focus on early revenue momentum.
Talent Development & Training
  • Lead regional recruiting efforts for instructors and Studio Leads.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development to ensure consistent teaching quality and client experience.
  • Serve as a performance coach and escalation point for people‑related challenges.
Operational Support & Coverage
  • Provide leadership coverage and emergency support during Studio Lead PTO or unexpected staffing gaps.
  • Partner with Operations and HQ teams to ensure smooth execution of policies, systems, and initiatives.
New Studio Openings
  • Support new studio launches from presale through stabilization, including schedule creation and early teaching coverage.
  • Be hands‑on during the first 30‑60 days post‑opening to ensure KPI targets and operational readiness are met.

  • All studios meeting or exceeding membership and retention targets.
  • Studio Leads operating independently with strong bench strength.
  • Clean audits, consistent KPIs, and high client satisfaction.
  • New studio openings stabilized and tracking toward goals.

Skills & Experience
  • Multi‑unit leadership: 3+ years managing multiple locations in a fitness, boutique wellness, or membership‑based business.
  • Sales & KPI expertise:
    Proven experience driving membership sales and managing performance metrics.
  • Pilates certification:
    Reformed Pilates PTT certification required; strong understanding of the Reformed Pilates method.
  • Leadership skills:
    Strong coaching, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Schedule flexibility:
    Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Certifications:

    CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Physical requirements:

    Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
