- Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
- Previous management experience
- Ability to multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers.
- Solid understanding of the NPS Maximizer and proven ability to manage the day, with people in key roles and understand how the fitting works into the NPS Maximizer.
- Interview, hire and schedule to the payroll plan while meeting business needs daily.
- Ability to work with their team through scheduling, daily huddles, coaching and IDPs to cultivate and foster team growth and development.
- Operations and merchandising are a big piece of the business plan. Your ability to plan, organize, manage, and delegate these daily activities will be an integral part of your success in this role.
This candidate will be a great team leader who excels at coaching and encouraging all team members. The right individual will have a high-energy level, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself. You will be expected to work 40-44 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends.
