Role Description

This full-time, on-site Maintenance Lead role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Maintenance Lead will oversee property maintenance operations, ensuring the upkeep and functionality of facilities and equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, conducting routine repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating maintenance schedules, and supervising maintenance staff. The Maintenance Lead will also assist in maintaining safety standards and collaborating with property management to create a well-maintained environment for residents.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of systems.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks, including diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting and managing maintenance operations to sustain property quality and resident satisfaction.
  • Supervisory experience and organizational skills to manage maintenance teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and equipment typically used in property maintenance.
  • Flexibility to respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in residential property management or related industries is preferred.
