Starting rate: $28.00 per hour

An HVAC Engineer must possess strong trouble‑shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house (including kitchen, electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R systems, and using a windows-based computer system). Ability to read blueprints and schematics are also required. A minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience is requested, with hotel experience preferred.

A strong working knowledge of all major building systems and life‑safety systems is required. Must have EPA Section 608 Universal certification.

• Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends & holidays.
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience to include 120V to 480V equipment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75lbs.
• Basic boiler operation and chiller operating experience
• Knowledge of DDC and BAS Operations.
