Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for Villa Mirage Resort in Scottsdale. The role ensures seamless property operations and provides guests with a world‑class experience.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
• Assist in executing preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on projects and maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Proven maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
