Cyber Technology Group is the leader in residential technology solutions. We are adding an additional A/V Client Service Technician to our team.
Job Overview
This full‑time, FLSA‑qualifying, commission‑eligible position reports directly to the Client Service Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supports and contributes to the highest level of service and care of our clients.
- Proactively identifies new opportunities for improvement and clarity within the service process.
- Upholds and elevates service standards while meeting or exceeding the exacting specifications of luxury property owners.
- Consistently responds to clients within required time frames.
- Manages field‑level service and communication with CTG’s service support team, ensuring projects are successfully completed and problems are fully resolved.
- Ensures seamless technical performance and attractive cosmetic appearance of all equipment and systems on each completed service call.
- Recommends/sells Client Care Plans and system upgrades.
- Manages workload efficiently to maximize billable time without sacrificing quality.
- Provides rotating coverage of the Client Services Help Desk, acting as an escalation point, coordinating and updating client portals, running remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, assisting on‑site technicians, and deploying and managing control systems.

Job Type – Full‑time, W‑2
Pay – $28 to $36 per hour, plus commission, bonuses, overtime, company vehicle and gas card.

Schedule – Monday to Friday, on‑site/field.
Location – Scottsdale, AZ.
Experience – Experience in home automation integration is required. How many years of experience do you have with home automation platforms like Crestron Home, Savant, Lutron, Josh.ai?
