Field Operations and Growth Lead

This is an opportunity to work part time for 2 individual companies to create one full time opportunity.

We run two fast-growing, boots-on-the-ground service businesses in the Phoenix metro:

BinSTR – Vacation rental trash management built by operators who were tired of unreliable service.

Delphinium Concierge – Professional home watch and concierge services for homeowners who expect their properties to be protected like their own.

We are hands-on. We move fast. We solve problems.

And we’re looking for someone who does the same.

This is not a sit-at-a-desk job.

This is not a “that’s not my job” job.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done role.

You’ll spend about:

• 75% of your time in the field
• 25% helping grow the brand

You’ll report directly to the Owner and work closely on day-to-day execution and expansion.

• Prepping homes for Airbnb turnovers (moving furniture, staging, problem-solving on the fly)
• Completing detailed home watch inspections
• Photographing and documenting property conditions
• Hauling trash bins and transporting waste to dump facilities
• Noticing the small things before they become big problems
• Handling minor issues instead of waiting for someone else to do it
• If something needs to be done — you do it.

• Creating and posting social media content
• Following up on leads
• Attending networking events and shaking hands
• Talking confidently about our services
• Spotting opportunities to grow in the field

You’re not just executing work — you’re helping build momentum.

This role is for someone who:

• Takes pride in physical work done well

• Can pivot quickly when plans change
• Notices details and fixes problems before they’re reported
• Is just as comfortable at a dump site as at a networking event

• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving up to 1 hour
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
