A nationally recognized AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a mid- to senior‑level litigation attorney with at least five years of experience to join its growing team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a dynamic opportunity for a litigator who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and is looking to take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on litigation experience, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. This attorney will be responsible for managing files, participating in court proceedings, and engaging in client‑facing legal work across a variety of complex commercial and civil litigation matters.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Represent clients in court and manage case strategy and execution
• Collaborate with team members across practice groups and offices
• Utilize e‑discovery tools for case preparation and document review
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, including courtroom exposure
• Strong writing, research, and negotiation skills
• Experience with e‑discovery platforms and litigation support tools
• Licensed to practice in Arizona and in good standing
• Strong academic background and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases with precision and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

• Competitive base salary: $170,000–$195,000, based on experience
