Compensation:$60,000 – $70,000 annually (direct hire; flexibility based on experience), eligible for merit-based annual bonus

Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support litigation attorneys in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on litigation experience who enjoys managing details, staying ahead of deadlines, and contributing to a team‑oriented legal practice.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, proofread, and manage litigation documents and pleadings
- Assist with court filings and deadline tracking using legal calendaring tools
- Maintain multiple attorney calendars, including court dates and internal deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and monitor shared inboxes
- Organize and maintain electronic files within document management systems
- Provide backup support to other legal assistants to ensure workflow continuity
- Communicate professionally with internal staff, vendors, and external contacts
- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm supporting litigation matters (more experience considered)
- Demonstrated understanding of litigation procedures and document workflows
- Ability to clearly explain prior litigation work and individual contributions
- Experience with legal calendaring tools (Law Toolbox or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document and practice management systems preferred
- Strong written communication and document drafting skills
- Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills
- Directly supports two attorneys and the administrative leadership team
- Full‑time, permanent position
- Standard business hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Background check required (facilitated by Addison Group)
