• Business transactions and general corporate matters
• Real estate purchases, sales, leasing, and development
• Commercial financing and lending transactions
• Entity formation, governance, and operational agreements
• Due diligence, drafting, and closing support for complex transactions

• 2–5 years of relevant transactional experience, ideally including corporate, real estate, and/or finance matters
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Arizona Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
