Position OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our in-person team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position will play a key role in supporting our one attorney with legal research, drafting, and case preparation for healthcare regulatory and administrative matters.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, document-heavy environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administrative, regulatory, healthcare, or corporate law, and who enjoys producing high-quality written work.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws, administrative rules, and licensing board procedures
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, memos, and summaries for attorney review
- Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and applications
- Organize and maintain case files and client records
- Track deadlines, board responses, and document submissions
- Support attorneys in managing case workflows and document-intensive matters
- Monitor changes in relevant laws, regulations, and board policies
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal strongly preferred
- Healthcare or administrative law experience preferred
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience managing and calendaring an attorney's case deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis Nexis)
- Professional, reliable, and eager to support a collaborative legal team
Pay: $75,000–$105,000 DOE + discretionary bonuses (this is a full-time exempt position)
