Role:
Insurance Producer
As an Insurance Producer, you’ll play a key role in delivering customized, competitive insurance solutions to clients. This is a performance‑driven role ideal for professionals who thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced sales environment. You’ll manage a strong pipeline, educate customers, and work across multiple carriers to meet client needs.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline of 140–150 prospects through outbound calling and consistent follow‑up.
- Provide expert guidance to clients, comparing insurance options from over 40 carriers to ensure the best fit.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and cross‑sell targets while demonstrating effective objection‑handling skills.
- Accurately document client interactions using CRM systems and multiple carrier platforms.
- Stay current on insurance product knowledge, market trends, and carrier offerings.
- Engage in team collaboration, feedback sessions, and performance coaching.
- Ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience through clear, confident communication.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license (Arizona required; multi‑state licenses are a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience in a call center setting.
- Experience selling across multiple states and carriers, with use of a comparative rater.
- Proven sales ability, driven by commission and performance incentives.
- Strong computer skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and continuous professional growth.
- Licensure in all 50 states (top priority consideration).
- Familiarity with multiple insurance systems and advanced sales techniques.
Competitive base salary plus commission.
First‑year earning potential : $65,000–$85,000, with uncapped commission potential for high performers.
