As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Fair - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your role involves proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve our customers' lives.

Responsibilities:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
