Merchant & Technical Support Specialist; Fiserv

US Card Solutions (USCS) is a growing Full‑Service Provider (FSP) seeking an experienced Merchant & Technical Support Specialist with hands‑on Fiserv platform experience.

This is not a training role — we are looking for someone who already knows the systems and can step in immediately. (IN OFFICE ONLY)

• Direct experience with Fiserv Your Access One
• Experience using Business Track and FDPOS
• Proven ability to board new merchants in Your Access One
• Experience managing and maintaining chargebacks
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring and underwriting fundamentals

• Board and manage merchant accounts within Fiserv systems
• Provide merchant and technical support for payment processing issues
• Troubleshoot terminal, gateway, and processing‑related problems
• Review applications and assist with underwriting decisions
• Monitor chargebacks, retrievals, and representments
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure clean submissions and smooth onboarding
• Communicate clearly with merchants, partners, and internal team members
• Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of service
