Location: Scottsdale/Phoenix/Tempe (some work will be remote, but must be in PHX area)
Time Commitment: 15-20 hours per week
Compensation: Unpaid internship to start. Intended to transition into a paid part-time role once initial funding is secured.

, designed to convene ambitious people across technology, entertainment, and investment.
The project is currently in early development and operating in stealth mode as partnerships, programming, and strategy come together.
We’re looking for a Platform Development Intern to work closely with the founding team on the early building blocks of the platform, from event development and marketing to partnership research and ecosystem outreach.
This role goes beyond traditional event support. You’ll gain exposure to how new ventures are launched, how communities and cultural platforms are built, and how events, media, and partnerships work together to shape an ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES Platform & Event Development- Researching venues, vendors, and programming formats
- Supporting planning for salons, meetups, and early-stage gatherings
- Assisting with guest outreach and attendee coordination
- Helping organize programming concepts, speaker pipelines, and event formats
- Creating social media content and visual assets
- Supporting Linked In and digital content publishing
- Assisting with marketing materials for partners and collaborators
- Managing digital assets and assisting with basic website updates
- Researching potential sponsors, partners, and ecosystem participants
- Preparing materials and lists for outreach and relationship-building
- Supporting organization of contacts and CRM systems
- Assisting with research, decks, and operational materials
- Contributing ideas as the platform strategy and programming take shape
- Based in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area
- Strong interest in events, media, startups, marketing, or venture ecosystems
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Docs, Notion, or social media platforms
- Someone curious, resourceful, and excited about helping build something from the ground up
- Film, media, or storytelling
- Technology, startups, or venture capital
- Event production or cultural programming
- Hands-on experience helping launch a new platform from the ground up
- Exposure to founders, creatives, investors, and industry leaders
- Real responsibility and ownership over projects
- Insight into how events, media, and partnerships come together to build a new venture
The goal is for this role to rapidly evolve into a paid part-time position once funding and partnerships are secured.
