- 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, IT operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in IT or project management.
- Solid working knowledge of networking, SaaS platforms, device management, and cloud environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Planner, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management tools such as , Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience with multi‑site or new‑location technology deployments preferred.
- Experience in property management, construction, or hospitality is a plus.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, CAPM, or equivalent
- Coordinate end‑to‑end IT projects, including new property onboardings, scheduling, execution, and closeout activities.
- Develop onboarding project plans for new properties, covering network setup, workstation deployments, system access provisioning, SaaS activation, and go‑live coordination.
- Track project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Coordinate resources across IT, operations, vendors, construction teams, and property leadership to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist with technical implementations, including software rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and hardware deployments.
- Maintain project documentation such as SOPs, site readiness checklists, asset tracking, and change records.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to leadership.
