• Lead and motivate a team while resolving conflicts and handling negotiations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science, Technology, or Mathematics field
• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience
• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of work and security clearance needs
• Proven organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project life cycle methodologies, including Agile

• Current Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects within a defense or technology environment
• Familiarity with statistical process controls and project leadership principles
• Recognition for proactive leadership within previous roles
• Experience working with diverse teams in a research-oriented setting
