Position OverviewWe are hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Connected TV (MNTN).
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role responsible for daily campaign management, creative testing, budget pacing, and performance optimization. You will work closely with leadership and the creative team to improve efficiency, scale winning campaigns, and maintain strict ROAS and blended performance targets.
This is an in-office role in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media Execution & Optimization- Execute and manage paid acquisition campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, You Tube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Tik Tok Ads
- Pinterest Ads
- Connected TV via MNTN
- Manage and optimize six-figure monthly ad budget
- Monitor and improve ROAS, MER, and blended CAC
- Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention)
- Adjust budgets based on performance trends
- Launch and monitor structured creative testing initiatives
- Daily management inside:
- Google Ads Manager
- Meta Ads Manager
- Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Pinterest Ads Manager
- MNTN platform
- Support and monitor:
- Conversion tracking accuracy
- Pixel health
- Server-side tracking
- Attribution reporting
- Ensure clean data flow between platforms and Shopify
- Track and optimize against our North Star metric: AMER % (New Customer Revenue / Ad Spend)
- Collaborate on Shopify landing page testing and CRO
- Work with the creative team to iterate on high-performing hooks and ad angles
- Analyze performance data to refine messaging, offers, and targeting
- Identify winning audiences and scale efficiently
- Assist in weekly paid media reporting
- Analyze performance trends in:
- CPM
- CTR
- CVR
- AOV
- Contribution margin
- Make data-backed recommendations for scaling and optimization
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid ads experience for an e-commerce brand
- Proven experience managing Google and Meta campaigns (Tik Tok and Pinterest preferred)
- Strong understanding of ROAS-driven performance marketing
- Experience working within Shopify
- Ability to manage and optimize meaningful monthly ad spend
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth, in-office environment
- Experience with:
- Klaviyo
- Postscript
- Amazon Seller Central
- Experience running influencer-generated content in paid campaigns
- Background in DTC or consumer product brands
- Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
- Performance bonus potential based on ROAS and AMER targets
- Full-time, W2
