System Architecture Administrator

Red Mountain Weight Loss is seeking a System Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise technology infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing a hybrid Windows and macOS environment, overseeing cloud and network systems, and ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing IT operations.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys both infrastructure architecture and direct technical support in a growing healthcare organization.

• Administer and maintain Windows and macOS environments
• Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra AD, including user accounts, device compliance, and security controls
• Configure and support AWS servers and services
• Maintain system performance, patching, backups, and upgrades
• Oversee Change Control and Configuration Management processes
• Maintain technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams

• Support Juniper firewalls, switches, and routers
• Manage Cloudflare DNS, domain configurations, and SaaS SSO integrations
• Administer JAMF Pro, Connect, and Protect for macOS device management
• Assist in maintaining NIST, HIPAA, and PCI compliance standards

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to Scottsdale HQ and remote locations in Arizona and Texas
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, email systems, and core business tools
• Travel to Arizona locations as needed

• 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator or infrastructure-focused role
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra AD
  • AWS environments
  • Network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers)
  • macOS management tools such as JAMF
  • DNS and SaaS SSO integrations
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• Experience with Barracuda Email Protection
• Experience supporting Ubiquiti wireless environments
• Experience working in a medical or regulated healthcare setting (EMR systems, payment terminals)
