Desktop Support Specialist

We’re looking for a System Engineer Windows to join our growing team. This is an Onsite role from Scottsdale Arizona

• Support a large-scale Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade.
• Assist with pre-provisioning and rollout of new machines.
• Identify and escalate issues with images, builds, or deployments.
• Provide hands-on support to employees during a non-optional OS upgrade, requiring strong customer service and empathy.
• Supporting all employees in the Arizona office (not a single team)
• Covers multiple deployment waves until completion

• Prior experience with Windows 10 to 11 upgrades strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with large-scale OS upgrades.
• Ability to:
  Support pre-provisioning
• Roll out new machines
• Recognize when something is “off” with an image/build and flag it
• More experienced than standard desktop support
• Experience with Intune
• Strong customer service and empathy
• Comfortable working with users who may be stressed or resistant since the upgrade is mandatory
