We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the campaign execution, optimization, and tracking infrastructure across multiple paid media channels. This role requires expertise in media buying, ad tech setup, attribution modeling, and CRM integrations to ensure seamless data flow and maximize marketing performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and fluent in Meta, Google, You Tube, Linked In, and Tik Tok Ads, and experienced in setting up tracking ecosystems, conversion APIs, and full-funnel marketing strategies.

- Campaigns are executed with full-funnel tracking and optimization, ensuring seamless attribution and revenue reporting.
- Accurate data flow between ad platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to enhance audience targeting, retargeting, and lead nurturing.
- New customer acquisition and ROI-driven media buying—scaling campaigns efficiently without wasted ad spend.
- Proactive testing of new strategies, audience segments, and creative assets across platforms like Meta, Google, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, You Tube, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Strategically allocate ad budgets across channels to drive efficient customer acquisition and maximize ROI.
- Identify high-performing audience segments and continuously refine targeting strategies for prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Configure Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Tik Tok Events Manager for server-side and client-side tracking.
- Manage and implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for advanced event tracking, ensuring accurate offline and online conversions.
- Configure and maintain Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and Enhanced Conversions for precise measurement.
- Oversee pixel & event tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Tik Tok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Linked In Insight Tag).
- Integrate ads managers and optimize lead syncing and revenue attribution with CRM platforms like Hub Spot, Go High Level , and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead nurturing and automated follow-ups.
- Automate data syncing between lead forms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok) and CRM platforms, ensuring real-time lead flow.
- Create Zapier workflows and API connections to pass data between ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools.
- Manage lead funnels using GHL and Click Funnels 2.0 to drive conversions.
- Implement UTM parameters and tracking URLs to properly attribute leads and revenue across campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, You Tube, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Deep knowledge of ad tracking and attribution—including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Conversions, and UTM tracking.
- Strong technical expertise in CRM integrations (Hub Spot, Go High Level , Salesforce) and lead flow automation.
- Experience implementing Google Ads tracking, GA4 event tracking, and offline conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in setting up Zapier automations and API integrations to connect marketing platforms.
- Skilled in media buying strategies, budget management, and performance optimization for direct response campaigns.
- Ability to optimize landing pages in Click Funnels and/or GHL.
