We are seeking a highly experienced senior SAP PP/PCS consultant to support complex manufacturing and production planning initiatives within the Aerospace & Defense domain. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP PP/PCS, strong business process alignment skills, and hands‑on experience with S/4

HANA integrations.

• 15+ years of SAP PP/PCS experience
• MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice
• Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business‑Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire
• Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)
• Requirements Management
• Configuration and Documentation
• Key Decision Documentation
• Process Flows
• Authorization and Security
• Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)
• Change Management
• Reporting
• S/4 Experience
• Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES)
• Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters
• Work Centers, BoMs and Routings - Revision & ECM
• Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
• External Processing with Subcontracting
• Production Order Kitting
• Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
• Rework and Production Order Splitting
• Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
• Integration with PLM systems
• Integration with MES systems
• Functional specification authoring

• Long‑term, ongoing engagement
• High‑visibility role supporting regulated manufacturing environments
• Prior Aerospace & Defense experience strongly preferred
