Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, this hybrid position requires 2 days in office and 3 days remote. The IT Business Analyst is a key member of the team responsible for designing and implementing new software solutions, defining SOPs and process improvements, and deploying existing solutions into new markets. The role works closely with business users to document As‑Is and To‑Be processes, elicit business requirements, and create functional and technical specifications.

The analyst participates in all project phases—gap analysis, training, testing, cutover, go‑live support—and provides post‑go‑live support as needed.

• Elicit and document business requirements for the development team
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts and other units to understand and document existing processes
• Participate in all project phases and collaborate with stakeholders
• Develop business knowledge to provide solutions to business requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional specifications/Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Produce process flow documents (As‑Is & To‑Be)
• Develop training materials, work instructions, and job aids
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and related assignments
• Work with the manager and other business analysts to address issues or enhancements in current and future releases
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document system issues as they arise
• Provide pre‑ and post‑go‑live support as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Familiarity with the MLM industry (strongly preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including advanced Visio skills
• Experience as a business analyst supporting software development and implementations
• Experience defining test cases and leading UAT, writing BRDs and user stories, and preparing process flows
• Experience developing training materials for end users during implementations
• Strong teamwork, cooperation, and punctual attendance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong initiative, accountability, follow‑up, and follow‑through
• Effective process‑improvement skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with software implementations, preferably e‑commerce platform deployments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business (preferred)
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (preferred)
• Professional certifications (preferred)

• Walk/move throughout building on various surfaces
• Sit at a computer for up to 8 hours a day, usually 4 hours at a time
