The Programmer is involved in the day‑to‑day programming, configuration and deployment of custom home technology systems such as A/V, Network, Security and Control at high‑end residential properties. In‑depth industry knowledge of brands/products includes but is not limited to Crestron, Savant and Josh.ai. This position is a full‑time, FLSA‑qualifying position, reporting directly to a Project Manager.

• Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all processes within Cyber, regardless of department, role or responsibility
• Works closely with all of Cyber’s team to acknowledge and address inconsistencies or misses which would negatively impact cultural connectivity and/or Cyber Technology Group’s brand
• Builds strong relationships with all employees through proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication
• Review project information, as provided, to ensure correct information is captured and noted
• Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow‑up with clients
• Advanced knowledge of Custom Home Technology Integration including but not limited to A/V, Network, Security, Controls. Specifically Crestron and Savant systems. Proficient in Apple iOS and macOS devices as well as PC
• Write, modify and test code, scripts and programming to ensure computer software and application function properly
• Supports multiple areas of the business, as needed; including installation of hardware, including trim, final installation, and configuration phases
• Accurately documents device changes/updates pertaining to all Client Master I/O’s
• Equipped with appropriate tools for Programming responsibilities (Laptop/Adapters, Cabling Tools, Rack/Install Tools, etc)
• Champions efficiency by continually staying up‑to‑date with evolving technology standards. Maintaining and executing established Cyber Standards while looking for ways to improve operations

• Performs duties in an independent and expeditious manner, without additional supervision; seeking guidance and direction from a Project Manager or company leadership on major issues, as necessary
• Displays a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with both clients and colleagues
• Makes optimal use of his/her own time during all working hours, is able to recognize and address priorities
• Demonstrates good planning skills; which align with overall company goals
