LHH is working with one of our great Scottsdale electronic manufacturing companies looking to bring on a Technical Writing Specialist to their Scottsdale office on a permanent basis. In this role you will be tasked with managing a variety of projects, ranging from technical writing to content editing to product data sheet management. The organization seeks an innovative and technical individual to join their team on a permanent basis with the ability to collaborate with Engineering and marketing to execute a variety of projects. The team operates in a hybrid setting 2-3x/week out of their Scottsdale office.

This role offers a pay range of $70,000-$90,000
, depending on experience and qualifications as well as dental medical benefits and PTO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product data sheets, collaborating with engineering to deliver accurate product information, involving knowledge and experience in technical writing.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate technical product information into customer-facing materials.
• Edit marketing collateral to ensure accurate and digestible product information.
• Assist with graphic website updates as well as product visuals.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of technical writing experience (manufacturing and electrical experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in technical writing, editing and product sheets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to improve processes as needed
• Innovative mindset to bring new ideas to existing product catalogue designs
• Ability to be onsite 2-3x/week in Scottsdale, AZ
• Fluency/understanding of the Japanese language is preferred
