Early Warning® is seeking a Senior Technical Writer for a temporary assignment. The role supports the company’s commitment to secure and advanced payment solutions, contributing to documentation that Safeguards transactions and enhances service delivery.

• Meet with technical and business stakeholders to gather information for internal and external documentation.
• Define project scope, document scope, and specifications for deliverables (PDF, HTML, web, knowledge base, user guides, training materials, policies, procedures).
• Develop schedules, work plans, and manage execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Document and report project milestones using workflow systems such as Salesforce or Lockpath.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
• Track changes, revise content, resolve issues, and verify technical and functional accuracy.
• Maintain and improve best practices, style guidelines, and reusable content models (single-sourcing).
• Create and customize templates, CSS, and visual elements according to industry standards (Google, Microsoft).
• Ensure version control, confidentiality, and compliance with data security policies.
• Produce technical diagrams depicting system structure, logic, and process flow.
• Facilitate the development of internal business processes and standardizations across teams.
• Demonstrate strong communication, initiative, decision‑making, and cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Support the organization’s integrity and confidentiality commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Systems, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in drafting and editing technical manuals, guides, or training aids.
• Expert proficiency in Madcap Flare and associated tools.
• Proficiency in graphic and publishing software such as MS Word, Snag It, Visio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into business and training materials.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership of projects, and quality orientation.
