• Lead end-to-end project management for MSP service initiatives, including cloud migrations, security programs, and compliance efforts.
• Manage projects related to Microsoft Azure, infrastructure modernization, and managed cloud services.
• Coordinate and support SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Facilitate project meetings and executive status updates.

• Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and GDPR (as applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
• ITIL or security/compliance certifications.
