We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and corporate environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional project governance skills, and hands‑on experience managing cloud, security, and compliance‑driven projects.

• Lead end-to-end project management for MSP service initiatives, including cloud migrations, security programs, and compliance efforts
• Manage projects related to Microsoft Azure, infrastructure modernization, and managed cloud services
• Coordinate and support SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and vendors
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation
• Facilitate project meetings and executive status updates

• Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR (as applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• ITIL or security/compliance certifications
