are we?

The SRPMIC is a sovereign tribe located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Bounded by the cities of Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa and Fountain Hills, the Community serves over tribal members, and all persons conducting business over approximately 96 square mile area of residential, agricultural and commercial lands, as a full-service government entity. The Community also operates tribal enterprises in diverse industries.

What the job looks like:

The SRPMIC’s Information Technology department (IT) is seeking an experienced Product Engagement Analyst who can translate customer needs into impactful software solutions. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their goals and clearly communicate requirements to our software development team.

You’ll play a key role in customer success, supporting solutions from concept through delivery by contributing to testing, training, and user adoption. Reporting to the IT Assistant Director (EA, Dev & Cyber), you’ll assist with planning and execution across the product lifecycle, with a strong focus on gathering and refining product and customer requirements.

Working closely with engineering and support teams, you’ll help ensure solutions meet both technical expectations and customer satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering for custom‑developed software, along with skills in manual and automated testing, UI prototyping and storytelling, and change management. Experience working with Angular development teams is highly desirable, and familiarity with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Postman is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related IT discipline
  • Three (3) years’ experience creating requirements, user interface prototypes and test cases within a custom software development discipline.
  • Three (3) years’ leading user acceptance testing, end user training and managing the change process for developed software solutions.

Special Requirements

May be required to work beyond normal work hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
