The Role

We are hiring another Systems Support Analyst who will take ownership of integrations, troubleshooting, automation, and IT support. This is a hybrid role that combines technical problem-solving with hands-on support execution.

You will be responsible for managing system integrations, conducting root cause analyses (RCA) when processes break, and setting up or improving automations to make operations more efficient. In addition, you will provide direct support by resolving tickets, ensuring platform accuracy and delivering day-to-day IT support.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on understanding how systems work, uncovering gaps or inefficiencies, and designing solutions that prevent future problems. This means not only fixing issues as they arise, but also proactively strengthening systems through better processes, automations, and long-term solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client support tickets and ensure platform accuracy across connected systems.
  • Manage and monitor client system integrations across platforms.
  • Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent solutions.
  • Support integration with external systems (channel managers, accounting tools, housekeeping apps).
  • Proactively identify system risks and address them before they impact clients.
  • Provide IT support for internal team members, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Document issues and solutions, helping to build scalable internal knowledge and processes.
Qualifications
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party platforms
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms (, Airbnb, Expedia).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Hospitality Technology, or Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive, preventive mindset.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar).
  • Background in technical support, systems analysis, or IT support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives on finding problems early and building systems to stay ahead of them.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000 – $72,000 USD annually. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
