System Analyst

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our renewable energy operations and maintenance software solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated, technically skilled professional with a strong foundation in system analysis principles and practices.

Evaluate and analyze software systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and establish project scope.

Develop detailed technical and functional documentation to support system design and implementation.

Work closely with the development team to ensure system requirements are accurately translated into software solutions.

Conduct testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets defined requirements and specifications.

Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions.

Assist in the development and implementation of system maintenance and update plans.

Monitor and report on system performance, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Minimum three (3) years' experience in system analysis, preferably in the renewable energy or SaaS industry.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and system design.

Knowledge of Web Services deployment and consumption (SOAP, REST, WCF) is a plus.
