• Responsible for attracting and hiring contact center talent, agents and leadership. Oversee the full life cycle recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt roles for a Sales Recruiter which includes, but is not limited to, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, all while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Post positions on company website and additional sites as needed. Ensure job posting verbiage clearly defines the role and targets and attracts the ideal candidates.
• Review applications/resumes and interview candidates on a consistent set of qualifications. Manage candidates through the process in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
• Be a talent advisor for hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through professionalism, detail, timely responses, and follow up.
• Sourcing candidates through diverse job boards
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Presenting job offers
• Tracking candidates through ATS (UKG)
• Assist with new hire onboarding

• Full life cycle contact center recruiting experience.
• High volume recruitment experience in contact center preferred.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exercise independent judgement, ability to make solid decisions to ensure a pool of best-fit, highly qualified individuals are hired.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and could communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
• Superior multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Strong organizational skills
