Total Rewards Coordinator – Scottsdale, AZ

As a Total Rewards Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our HR systems deliver high-quality, trusted people data that supports our workforce and the life‑saving work they do every day. In this role, you’ll manage data maintenance and audits, produce meaningful reports, support low‑to‑medium‑complexity data needs, and partner closely with cross‑functional teams to keep information accurate, accessible, and dependable.
This position will work in the Scottsdale, AZ National Headquarters in‑office 5 days a week (Monday‑Friday).

- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR system data
- Perform employee, benefits, and payroll data entry, audits, and ongoing maintenance
- Support Total Rewards data accuracy by auditing eligibility, plan rules, and required changes
- Train system users on proper data entry processes and confidentiality standards
- Troubleshoot HR system issues in partnership with leadership and technology teams
- Complete third‑party verifications and reporting; serve as first‑line support for related inquiries
- Generate ad‑hoc and recurring reports to support business and HR needs
- Assist HR teams with workflows, process support, and information management
- Maintain clear and up‑to‑date procedure and process documentation
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and change control processes to support business initiatives
- High School graduate or GED required.
- Three years related experience in an administrative and data management capacity required.
- One year of experience working in a human resources department preferred.
- Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
