about the role

we're growing fast and looking for a motivated allied recruiter to connect talented healthcare professionals with k-12 schools. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and help shape a program that truly impacts students. What you'll do

• recruit and place allied health professionals in k-12 settings.
• manage everything from sourcing to onboarding.
• partner with offshore sourcers to expand candidate reach.
• collaborate with team leads to meet staffing goals.
• track activity and continuously improve results.

what you bring

• 24 years' recruiting experience (education or healthcare preferred).
• knowledge of allied health roles and credentials.
• comfortable working with offshore sourcing teams.
• excellent communication and organization skills.
• self-starter mindset, thrives in a hybrid setup.
